Scope
These terms govern use of the HERON STUDIO website and set the general conditions for hiring its design, development and maintenance services. Each project’s quote or contract prevails over these terms wherever it provides otherwise. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respect these terms.
Services and quotes
We provide strategy, design, development and digital support services according to the agreed scope. Site descriptions are informational. Prices shown as “from” are starting references in Mexican pesos (MXN); the final price depends on the approved scope, content, integrations and schedule.
A quote identifies the scope, deliverables, schedule, price, applicable taxes and payment terms. It becomes binding when both parties accept it in writing. A quote expires on the date it states and may be updated when its assumptions change.
Payments and scope changes
The payment schedule is set in the applicable quote or agreement. Work may begin after the deposit and required materials are received. Requests outside the scope are quoted separately and may change the schedule.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is current and adjust the schedule. Cancellations, refunds and committed expenses are governed by the specific quote or agreement.
Intellectual property and deliverables
Each party keeps rights it owned before the project. Once the agreed price is paid, we deliver the final materials in scope and the usage rights stated in the quote. HERON STUDIO retains its tools, templates, processes, reusable components and general know-how unless a written agreement says otherwise.
The client warrants that it is authorized to use any text, images, marks, data and other materials it supplies. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content.
Domain and hosting
When included in the quote, we will manage domain and hosting for the first year. Renewal, ownership, migration and later costs will be agreed in writing before that period ends. The client must provide accurate information and cooperate with provider identity checks.
Availability and limitation of liability
We work with professional care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or immunity from third-party services, attacks or platform changes. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or content supplied by the client.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. The parties will first try to resolve issues through good-faith communication.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Mexico. Any venue or dispute process will be agreed in the applicable contract or quote, without limiting rights granted to consumers by law.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or services. We will publish the current version with its update date.
